*By getting a commission you automatically agree to all these terms.

*You will not resell your image, or use it in any way commercially unless you have a contract with me to do so. The art I do belongs to me, and may appear in art books showcasing my work, or portfolio. This does not mean I will or do own the rights to the characters themselves, just the piece I was commissioned to do because I retain my copyrights. Many artists may not tell you this, but it is the same for them as well. For full rights to the piece, you must negotiate the rights with me.

*By getting a commission from me, you agree to wait patiently until said piece is completed. I have a very sick family to tend to aside from doing art, and sometimes this adds delays. If your piece needs to be done by a certain date, this must be negotiated up front.

*There are themes I do not draw when it comes to X rated subject matter, please feel free to talk with me about this privately if you think it may be a subject I won't draw.

* I reserve the right at any time to stop a commission for any reason. If this is the case, the artwork created up until that point will be given to the commissioner, and a partial refund will be given depending on how much work has been done.

*If your commission takes a very long time to be started, and in fact has not been started yet, a full refund may be given if requested. Just remember, give some time for the artist to secure the amount of money owed. Patience is a virtue.

*Terms can change at any time, or be updated any time, so please check back frequently so you can be up to date.

*Harassment such as threats, vulgar language, or harassing phone calls is not tolerated, and will cause your commission to be stopped and sent as is, the refund will depend on work done.
