A concept sketch for this has been in my ideas book for AGES but I just could not get it right! ...Until the other night when I was struck by a very violent and insistent Muse that it had to be done!
I actually worked on three different paintings in between waiting for paint to dry, this kind of productiveness has been relatively unseen in my studio for the past couple of months so I am quite thrilled and hoping that she (my Muse) sticks around a bit longer... I can hope? I believe this was somewhat inspired by Wan Shi Tong- he who knows ten thousand things, from Avatar: The Last Airbender
