So I am working on some commissions of people as Hogwarts students. This is the profile template I created for all of the Ravenclaws. I made stipulations for anyone asking for a commission that they had to give me the following information... (The font being used was Charlemagne Std Bold.)

1.) Your House - Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin. Please go to Pottermore to be sorted!
2.) Your Wand - Wood, Core, Length, & Rigidity. Again, please go to Pottermore to take the wand test!
3.) Your Blood Status - Muggleborn (never read the books or watched the movies), Half-Blood (read all the books but did not see the movies, saw the movies but did not read the books), or Pureblood (read them all & saw all the movies).
4.) Your Familiar - Cat, Bird, Snake, or Frog/Toad.
5.) Your Patronus - should be an animal representation of someone you love, or feel protected by.
6.) Your 6 core class (and a ranking from 1 to 5 on how good you are in each. I feel I should mention you cannot be perfect in all of them unless you are a Mary Sue. Please try to be realistic. There is always 1 or 2 that you aren't has good in, as you are the others!)
7.) Any clubs or out of class activities, such as Quidditch, the DA, Chess Club, etc.
8.) List (on a scale of 1-5) your personality in Intelligence, Loyalty, Cunning, Mischief, and Outgoingness.
9.) Your Animagus form (Only if you think Transfiguration will be one of your two best subjects) - For this please take The Golden Compass Daemon Test at www.helloquizzy.com/…/th…. It will take a good 10 minutes at least but it is the best to figure out your Animagus form & should give you 3-5 animals to pick from. Please screenshot it and put the image in the comments below along with you choice in animal.
10.) Your height, hair color, and eye color.
11.) And finally...a small history of yourself.
