Thanks Sam, I don’t recall what I did exactly. I think it’s just coloured over a scanned piece of card from the back of a sketch book. I don't think the texture on Dredd himself was a layer as such, just the way I put the colour on. The blood splats on his legs and gloves were done with a tooth brush and black ink, scanned and turned red in Photoshop.
