if you don't like critiques, then don't read this comment. and I won't mind if you hide it or whatever. Just don't get mad!
The pose is very well done and the eyes are pretty! However, there's a couple quirks: her skin is shaded with too dull of a color. Try adding some orange and red tones into the skin to keep her from looking like she has pasty skin. Also, her boobs are too wide compared to the rest of her body. Generally, in front views like this, the width of the breasts should be about the same as the width of the hips, even if it's a busty woman.
The hair could look shinier, but I think you're ok, because the way you colored the hair fits the style of the rest of the piece well.
