My epic masterwork. You can see on the sail where I'm experimenting with a primitive form of perspective. Some planning was failed here as well; I didn't plan to add oars, and I certainly didn't want the poor guy on the tiller to be covered up. Ah well, still pretty pleased with myself.

Following the longship is a pod of lateen whales, which is a very funny in-joke/pun. The drawing where they originated was captioned "The lateen whale was a great boon to early whaligation". It's possible that you had to be there.
