I'm gonna go with the 'her boobs are bigger than that' crowd, but other than that, it's really well drawn.
I can't really see Drakken doing that to her, though, but it would have been sort of, kind of funny if he did...if it was just for a little while...I don't see the need to undress her, however, and I can't see how he would've even managed it without getting his face melted off-- he'd have to use a robot or something.
