The Soldier

Dont read if you don't like Cannon x OC pairings. Im warning you now.

Sican was packing his kunai and shuriken in a pack and a few summoning scrolls along with 3 or 4 of Sakura's improved in taste soldier pills.

With his recon abilities it would be useful if he was able to stay up for multiple nights and the pills helped him do that. However if he runs out of pills and their effects wear off he won't be any use in a fight for at least 24 hours. It was a risk but one he would gladly take if it was for the good of the village.

At the gate Naruto, Sakura and Sai were waiting for the final 2 men of their group, Kakashi and Sican.

"Man those 2 are always late" Sakura sighed

"You think they're related?" Sai asked making them both turn.

Sai spoke, "I Read in this book that 2 people with similar traits are most likely related to one another"

"Or Its just a coincidence" Naruto said, "I mean just because 2 people are almost the same doesn't mean they're brothers or something"

Sai smiled, "Coincidence is an awfully big word for you Naruto"

"WHAT WAS THAT!?" Naruto yelled as he walked up to Sai

"Oh boy here we go again" Sakura thought "Hey you guys heard what happened with Ino and Sican last night?" she said changing the subject.

Naruto turned and looked at her, "Eh?" he asked

Sakura sighed, "You guys never listen to gossip do you?"

Sakura explained about what she and Ino planned and how Ino managed to see Sican's face and kiss him.

"SAY WHAT!? INO SAW HIS FACE!? WHAT HE LOOK LIKE!?" Naruto yelled excitedly, Sai was somewhat interested also as none have seen Sicans face before.

Sakura shook her head, "She didn't say anything about that but judging how she acted she looked like she was on cloud nine"

Naruto sighed, "Man, why does that guy wear a mask anyway, he's like Kakashi Sensei" Naruto mumbled

"Maybe he just wants privacy" Sai said.

Naruto pondered for a bit, "Hey guys I think I have an idea"

Just then a familiar voice was heard, "What are you 3 scheming?" said their white haired Sensei.

Naruto smiled, "Were gonna see Sican's face"

"Hm?" Kakashi said.

"Were gonna jump him when he gets here and finally see what he's hiding under that mask, wanna help?" Sakura said eagerly

Kakashi thought for a bit, "I guess it would be good to see what the kids got since weve never seen him fight before, Why not?"

Sican walked to the village's main gate, but nobody was there

"Strange" he mumbled as he walked and waited, he was the one that was late so where are the other's? They wouldn't have left without him.

Something then blocked out the sunlight, he looked up to see a yellow haired idiot falling towards him, "GOTCHA!"

Immediately Sican pulled out his staff and span in a circle to gain momentum smacking Naruto directly in the face. In a puff of smoke Naruto disappears.

"Shadow clone" Sican mumbles and keeps at the ready for the next attack, a flash of pink and Sakura was running towards him, "KYAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Sican knew the kendo pole couldn't stand up to Sakura's punch, so he grabbed his 10 ft katana and held it up, sheathed of course as he doesn't think he needs to pull it out. Sakura's punch lands on the blade, the blade holds up against the strength but as a result Sican is blown back by the force of the punch and slams into a nearby tree, Sican groans and takes a step forward only to hear, "Super Beast Scroll" behind him 3 white lions pounced on him he succesfully destroyed the first 2 with his pole but as he struck the 3rd his pole was stopped dead by a kunai. In a puff of smoke the lion was accualy Naruto

"NOW KAKASHI SENSEI!" he yelled as the crackling of electricity was heard,

Kakashi was running towards him, lighting blade at the ready. A Low powered one of corse in order to break the mask.

Sican growled, "You guys are pissing me off!" he yells as he kicks Naruto away and does a few handsighns, "Dark style, shadow explostion jutsu" he yells and in that moment a black chakra surrounded him and exploded, sending Kakashi, Naruto and Sai back.

When the dust settled, "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU 4 DOING!?" Sican yelled as they picked themselves up.

Kakashi causally spoke, "Well I just wanted to see what you were capable of, after all you never lifted a finger during the fights you encountered"

"Yea right Kakashi you wanted to see his face just as much as we did" Sakura said.

Sican growled, "You guys did all this just to see my face?" he said in annoyance, "Unbelievable I wear a mask for a good reason shouldn't that be enough?"

Kakashi just shrugged it off, "I had no other motive than to see what you could do"

Sakura frowned, "No fair, Ino saw your face why cant you show us?"

Sican paused, "Ino told you"

Sakura smirked, "EVERYTHING"

Naruto laughed, "I knew it would happen eventually"

Sican blushed under his mask, "Whatever can we just get moving?" he said hoping to drop the subject.

Sakura smirked, "We can talk about it after we finish the mission"

Sai interrupted with, "I read in a book that when people want to change the subject its usually because they're embarrassed or shy about the subject."

Sican ignored that "Lets just move he said as he walked on ahead"

Although

the thing that the others thankfully didn't notice was a love bite on his neck.

Meanwhile Ino was at the flower shop, she had her head propped up with her hands and her elbows supporting them on the desk. She was dazed, its like she was some place else with that smile on her face.

"Hey Ino wake up!" yelled a voice

In front of her, stuffing his face was Choji, "What were you thinking about you had your head in the clouds."

Ino shook her head, "Nothing it was nothing" she said, even though it wasn't true. She was of coarse thinking of the night before, the night she saw Sican's gorgeous face, and not only that, the night they kissed.

She knew he was going away for a mission because he dropped by not long ago

Sican walks in the flower shop with his bag over his shoulder

"Leaving now?" Ino asked as he walked to her

Sican nodded, "Ill be gone for around a few days at the most" he picks up a large bouquet of flowers and takes it to the counter.

"Who are those for?" Ino asked suspiciously

Sican shrugged, "This girl I saw last night"

Ino wanted to slap him at the moment, but her job came first, she'll give him a thrashing some other time.

"17.99!" she says through her teeth which made Sican laugh slightly, he pays her then begins walking out.

"You forgot your flowers" Ino says

Sican just waved his hand, "They're for you stupid"

Ino smiled as she remembered and looked back at the flowers he bought, they were in a vase which she would take home and place it at her window.

Meanwhile Kakashi, Naruto, Sakura, Sai and Sican were resting, they've already covered a lot of ground and with this they could get back to the village earlier than they thought.

"We'll make camp here for the night" Kakashi said as he jumped up into a tree to get a good lookout.

Naruto, Sai and Sakura began rolling out their sleeping bags.

"Yamato sensei always makes a house for camp" Naruto mumbled

"Well im not Yamato and if you want a house so badly build one, theres plenty of wood around." Kakashi answered.

Sican pulled out a water canteen, Naruto Sakura and Sai all looked towards him, in order to drink it he had to take off his mask so they paid close attention.

Then

He pulls out a straw and starts drinking through the mouth hole in his mask.

After 2 hours everyone was asleep besides Sican, who was in a tree looking out for danger. He took a soldier pill just an hour ago, one pill is good enough for a few days. As he lay there in the tree he never felt more alone in his life, just last night being with Ino filled a place in his heart that he thought would never be filled, being away from her reminded him about the days where he was alone, only his uncle cared for him. Then, he was killed by the ANBU black ops. He never found out why, but when he meets the ANBU that stained his blade with his uncles blood, that is the day he will pull his sword from his sheath.

The next day, something was wrong, Sican felt weak, but how could that be? A soldier pill should have lasted for just less than a week. Why would he feel so tired all of a sudden, Sican walked towards his bag that was on the floor.

He stopped

It was open, he looked at the bag without touching it then he knelt down when he was sure there were no traps and he looked for his soldier pills. They were gone.

He searched around franticly for them, but didn't find them. Then he saw something, there was a brown stain around Naruto's lips...

"NARUTO YOU SON OF A-"

He was cut off, everyone woke up to the sound of rustling and they all see kunai heading straight towards them.
