This is Karter, a pretty respective german shepherd cop who just so happened to get partnered with Max. He is an anthro, but again, this is his feral form.

About: To be honest, Karter had a pretty normal childhood as well, except for the fact that his mother, Leila, left him and his father, Hank, at age 3. So, throughout his small, little life, his father played as both mom and dad and struggled to keep up with bills and taking care of little Karter. Karter didn't like seeing his father struggle, so once he turned 14, he tried to find a part-time job in order to help his father with money. Eventually, at age 16, he got a step-mother named Snow (she's a white alaskan husky), who is very sweet and kind and loved him like he was her own son. Karter accepted his new mom pretty quickly and they both bonded over cop shows (His step-mommy is a cop). At age 18, he wanted to become a cop. So, both his father and step-mother helped him reach that goal. Once he became a cop at age 21, Karter worked at his local PD for a couple years before being transferred to a different PD and was partnered with an edgy black fox (cough, cough, Max, cough) that would change his life altogether.

Karter isnt as interesting as Max, buuuuut who cares! Tbf, thou, I didnt think about his backstory really until now. I made this up on the spot...
