For 's Soul Eater pairing contest (er. If fancomics are allowed, anyway. I did my best to make it as colorful as possible). See it as platonic, romantic, or crack - it doesn't matter. It works either way. That's the genius of it. 8D

I blame my sister and my cousin for getting that particular phrase stuck in my head. I'm serious, kept repeating itself over and over and over until I was able to somehow vaguely connect it to Soul Eater:
Too cool for my life, too cool for my life... hey, Soul likes using the word "cool" a lot, right? Sooo...
And thus the idea for this comic was formed. I'm sorry. I had nothing else better to think of.

btw, Soul's expression from that last panel? Totally ripped off from/inspired by episode six's Soul-BlackStar EPIC bromance moment.

Reminds me of the dream that Maka has on the morning on the big test (episode 14/13 I think? Can't remember... <.< ) where she finally turns Soul into a Death Scythe and he gets all sobbingly happy. XD Yay for out of character glee~~!!

its a weapon/meister competition, as in you and your partner each create a weapon or meister (this is your team). and you fight other teams in comic or single picture form until the last one stands. deadline is aug.8th
but i warn you... the prizes for all of this work aint good xD
