Description
These are original sprites I designed for a platformer game. I like bats. And skulls.The animation was done entirely in Photoshop cs2, which was a pain. But I got to use my math skills - all the floating objects are oscillating on a Sin(x) wave.
25 hours or so, all said and done.

First of all, I am quite sure that I am not alone when I say, this piece is fantastic, and I wonder why your gallery doesn't have more of this.
The amount of time spent on this piece is very clear in all of the details, and I love how it covers all of the elements, and looks so completely natural at the same time. It really does seem like every time I look, there is something new about it. The frogs, the fireflies, the sparks coming off of the lava pit, the flickering lights and candles, the glowing cave.. there is so much too look at here, and not one bit of it seems out of place.

Sprite art = HARD AS F%&%$ XD, hella harder then amature draw
that sayd, i really apreciate more this animations, and pacience for working that hard on a piece
and nice touch with the ancient kitty-blocks lol really cute, your control of the the magna set its amazing, almost the whole piece makes me wanna say something that i never sayd in DA

I'm reminded of Cave Story, the tileset reminds me of Mimiga Village. I'd definitely play this game when it comes out. Can you tell what the game's called or are you forbidden from releasing that information?

Ah, okay. Well, keep us posted, I enjoy a good platformer. (I still think Jazz Jackrabbit 2 is the best PC platformer ever, because of its engine and level editor. More games NEED level editors! =3)
