You hit a note deep in my heartAnd left a mark that cannot be erased.
Forget and illwilll cannot touch it;
Time will not weaken it's form.
How far have I come,
Yet I feel young beside you:
Your words and thoughts
Have come only as inspiration.
To look at your shadow
I feel small,
For your dreams are greater than mine.
I know that you will leave one day
To follow your own path,
And even before you leave
I wish you to return.
I do not know if this will be a loss,
Or merely a goodbye;
If only by never sleeping
Could I stop the motion of the sun.
And would Heaven's tears
Fall upon the earth,
I would welcome the grey sky.
This place is not my own,
This life not my life;
But you are a truth left untouched

Not paled at all...
It is quite clear, and
I think you have grown
since the last poem of yours
I read. It does however at
the same time as it impresses
me make a bit sad.
Commenting what a poem
is trying to convey wouldn't
be right, so I refrain from it.

dont think this sent.. wierd... neways i said it was a great piece, very expressive (as all good poetry is) only thing i would change is the ending because even though its good, it dosent fit there appropriately.. neways hope all goes well
