By spirit world, do you mean Soul Society? If so, shinigami aren't just spirits. They are just not visible to ordinary livings and can hurt anyone in the real world.
Ichigo can fight in any world, even the real world. But only shinigami, any level of hollow(including arrancars), and other living with very high spiritual pressure can see other shinigami, including Ichigo. Ichigo should be made visible to other fighters in order to make this battle fair.

Ohh so he is an invisible stalker. By spirit world, I mean the world beyond physichal dimensions. In this way, he has more chance. But still it depends on who focuses whom. Never ending anime heroes have so mutch strenght, they never give-up, they dont like to loose. So the smartest will win. And none of them is smart. So this will be a draw.

I think Ichigo can crush all of them without taking into account that he is actually an invisible stalker. In the anime world, the winners are USUALLY determied by power levels, even though, this may not be the case in certain battles. Well, here is my analysis of each character(Rock Lee is automatically out).

Luffy: Luffy has impressive physical strength, but he lacks magical strength, which brings him down to a bad position against opponents with projectiles. Putting that aside, he has a lot of weaknesses: Water, Ice, Dehydration, FIRE, Hypnosis, Poison(former), ANYTHING SHARP, and others I forgot to add. Against the other three, he is an inconsistent glass canon. If Luffy gets hit even once, he's DEAD.

After Lee and Luffy's death, the result is determined by power level.

Natsu: While Natsu has decent strength, speed and stamina, he is dumb and reckless, like Luffy. Although he suffers from motion sickness, he has no exploitable weaknesses and has better feats, unlike Luffy. Naruto and Ichigo have higher power levels and they are actually SMART, so Natsu is in third place.

Naruto: He is the smartest of all(when it comes to only fighting for real, otherwise he is also dumb), but not the strongest. There is not much to say about him except that he ranks 2nd place out of 5.

Ichigo: He is the most serious of all, even outside the battle. He is the fastest, the strongest, the most durable, the most silent; he is a Lightning Bruiser. Therefore I acknowledge Ichigo's superiority over the rest of them, thus he would be the victor.

P.S.: OP fanboys' fanrage comments like "Luffy crushes all of them" and "Natsu can't do a **** to Luffy" are as funny to read as LoZ fanboys whining about why Zelda lost to Peach in Death Battle, which makes me laugh hard.

Minato doesn't literally move at the speed of light, "Flash of Light" is just a nickname for Minato's fast speed, since it LOOKS like light speed and no, Naruto is not faster than Minato; Minato could easily seal the kyuubi but he had to sacrifice himself due to the lack of time

Are you a bleach fan-boy? . Anyway I dont think Luffy is out so easy, but sure, he cant win this situation. The final match is Naruto vs Ichigo. Ichigo's final ultimate form is realy impresive, but Narutos Full control Nine Tail form is also epic. Dunno who is the winner, Im not sure Ichigo is. Anyway, I hate almost all of em. I only like Luffy and Rock Lee.
In the anime world, there are many who can easy beat this guys here. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is the most strongest robot in the anime world. He can throw galaxys like shurikens. Goku in ssj3 form also stronger then Naruto or Ichigo. Frieza is also stronger.

Anyway plz somebody beat the shit out from that Ichigo guy, I hate him so mutch. He is worst then Sasuke.

I'm only a fan of Bleach and Fairy Tail out of these four universes, but I'm not a hardcore fan.

Throwing galaxies like shruikens? I didn't see any character throwing galaxies, not even Galactus and Superman. I have to look it up.

It's no question that Goku can easily beat all of them in his base form.

If you want someone to beat the **** out of Ichigo, then this job is for Zero. Ichigo is faster, but Zero is a lot stronger. Don't let the looks decieve you, Zero is actually very powerful. Not to mention that Zero carries the Maverick virus sleeping inside him. Should it awaken, his all stats increase immensely. Zero is nicknamed "God of Destruction", as Omega Zero(original Zero).

And Shadow can pretty much defeat all of the fictional characters. He is extremely broken.

I dislike the whole Sonic universe. If you are lookin' for Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, the name of the anime is, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann . Hard to miss it .
