Well!This aren't redesigns exactly, but some editing of their outfits and appareance.
For Usagi/SailorMoon, the only things I added in her costume were the small crescent pin in her belt, the three studs earrings with differently styled dangling star-and-crescent and her now Super Sailor Senshi shoulder pads; for Ami/SailorMercury, it was turning her gloves longer and adding a raindrop-shaped pendant in her belt; for Rei/SailorMars, it was adding two braids holded with four-pointed star clips, and changing the shape of her pendant into a Mars symbol; for Mako/SailorJupiter, it was editing her belt, turning her gloves fingerless and Outer-like, and editing her left rose earring, from where her antenna comes now; and for Minako/SailorVenus was turning her shoulder pads orange, waving her hair a la PGSM Venus and heart-shaped earrings.
Also, Venus and Mars only have one stripe in their collars, being the leader and second-in-comand respectively.
