Description

The Naerys System, a distant yet near solar system where most of the events in the series happen and develop. More below!
The System is composed of 8 planets surrounding the star Naerys, with Solenei being the closest to the sun, followed by Lumenia, Antocea, Magix, Infimare, Daumme, Myrari and Omega.
Solenei is a mostly warm planet overall, but the regions close to the poles are incredibly cold due to the rotation of the planet. Solaria and Quarzis are kingdoms near the equator, and are the hottest places on the planet as they’re situated inside and near the Sole Desert. Callisto is south of Solaria, and in a big island to the east is the land of Pyros. North of Quarzis lays the kingdom of Eraklyon, and even farther north the kingdom of Domino. South of Callisto lies the republic of Serenia. The planet’s associated Sources are the powers of Fire, Ice, Earth, Light and Darkness, with Solaria being heavily linked to Light, Domino to Ice, Pyros to Fire and Quarzis to Earth.
Lumenia is the realm of the Lumen, small cosmic beings that manage the links and magical travel between planets. They safeguard the power of Cosmix via their queen, Dorana.
Antocea is a temperate planet that borders of warm most of the time, but it can get hot near the tropics. Up north lies the republic of Espero, and below it are the Kingdoms of Lynphea and Dolona. Southeast of Dolona lies Andros, and to the west rests Salett. the merfolk territory of Mareia is right next to Andros, and to their far east lies the portal to Omega. Down further south lies the country of Dasos. Its associated Sources are Water, Earth, Plants, Animals and Electricity. Andros and Mareia are linked to Water, Lynphea to Plants, Dolona to Earth, Espero to Electricity and Dasos to Animals.
Magix is the political center of the system, Housing the Republic of Magix near the center, with the smaller republics of Streig, Fatue, Soraie and Barria to the east, west, south and north respectively. It houses the Order of Mana, an institution in charge of the uses of magic and transformations in all the system situated near Lake Roccaluce, getting the nickname of “Castle Roccaluce”. It also houses the 4 big schools in the system: the Alfea Academy of Fairy Magic, the Cloud Tower College of Witchcraft, The Red Fountain Military Institution, and the Epsila School of Sorcery. The first three are situated in Magix proper, while Epsila lies in Soraie. The planet doesn’t have an actual affinity for any magic proven like the other realms, but it seems to be associated with Light, Darkness and Void.
Infimare is a planet that’s 99% covered in ocean, with it’s 4 moons regulating it. It houses three grand pillars, which were made as receptors and emitters for the magic in the universe, keeping a flow between all planets alongside Lumenia. Only those authorized by the Order of Mana and magis that have obtained Sirenix can access it. The darkest and deepest part of the planet, the Midnight Abyss, is used as a prison alongside Omega. It’s ruled over by Omnia, the Selkie Queen.
Daumme is quite colder than the other planets, being slightly farther away from the Sun, but the equators receive enough sunlight to be warm most of the year. The Kingdom of Melody and the Republic of Ohm lie just north and south of the equator respectively, with Hoggar northeast of Ohm. South of Melody lies Graynor, and to the west is Oppositus. Near the north pole of the planet lies Zenith, with Romulea southwest of it. It’s associated with the Sources of Metal, Electricity, Sound, Wind and Water, with Zenith being linked to Electricity, Hoggar to Metal, Melody to Sound, Ohm to Wind and Graynor to Water.
Myrari was once a lush planet housing the four kingdoms of Almira, Trinat, Vaccio and Sitra, who lay in the north, east, south and west respectively. These four kingdoms were constantly at war, however, for the grand, plentiful island in the center called Parai. The planet became inhospitable several decades ago, after an incredibly powerful spell ruined the ground and polluted most of the water. Some life still exists in it, but it’s mostly Magic Animals who were able to adapt to the harsh conditions. It was linked to the Sources of Fire, Wind, Darkness and Ice. There seems to be something in its biggest moon, Obsidia, but the realm has been cut off from the system for so long that nothing near it is accesible anymore.
Omega is the farthest planet from the sun, a frozen tundra that’s being used as a prison for the worst criminals of the system for the last 2000 years.
