I'm not dead! I've just been busy in readjusting myself in having 'real life' after graduating last April and doing a full time job I got in January this year. I didn't forgot about doing art, but I just needed find time do them and that's hard to do when I have a mom who finds stuff to do on the days I claim to do 'art time' (and yes, I'm living back with my parents but I'm working! So I'm not lazy!).

Anyways, for all who have been waiting for pokemon art, I present one of my favorite pokemon, Vulpix. I've sketched out the pose based upon a fox cub playing then scanned into illustrator to do the line art and coloring. For the lines, it was my first time to use the paintbrush which I think I'll use more of it to experiment in the future fan art.

I'm determined to upload art once a week to show I'm NOT dead and to see how I've progressed. The art I'll upload won't just be Pokemon but also other things I enjoy such as One Piece. So expect a variety of stuff that I'll hope you'll enjoy. For the Pokemon, I think I'll just focus on the Pokemon themselves and not worry about the background. I need to learn how to make backgrounds...
