I finally updated JD's ref sheet. If anything, the old art was just that, old, and I wanted to tone down his red just a touch.

I've even given him and Dez an actual backstory, I'll copy what I have for him from Artfight

The polar opposite of Dez, JD is a ray of sunshine to any and all he meets. He's a shining optimist, always seeing the good in everyone. The glass is half full and he's smiling ear to ear. He met Dez at a young age, when they were in middle school, and he loves spending time with him. They share a love for movies, ranging from the classic Godzilla to the latest Spider-man. He knows that Dez puts up a tough man front so that people leave him alone. They were both bullied and both handled it very differently. Dez fought the bullies while JD took it with a smile. So you might look at the pair as an odd friendship, but to JD it's a no-brainer.
And if you ask JD what JD stands for, he won't tell you. It's his best held secret, especially considering just how much of a chatterbox he is. (I also still haven't decided what JD stands for so, ya know)

Dez will probably get his own reference sheet in the near future, I like making these and it's fun to revisit these two. They still mean a whole lot to me
