So 4 years later this design is what there actually using for wally that's sick. But I know that's Bart Allen but still.

I love this design, in fact if Wally returned he could look like that. They only want one Flash, so he would need slightly altered powers like the ability to slow down time instead of speed, but he would need a new look too. But thats besides the point.
