Here is what Shego was thinking in the episode "Steal Wheels" when Motor Ed arrived the permises...she looked as if was thinking very deeply mostly thinking when will Drakken ever declare his feelings to me jeje

Ok Ok we all know that Drakken and Shego hooked up 5 years ago in the finale of Kim Possible "Graduation" episode end

but way before season 4...Drakken and Shego were seen in clues if both do feel for each other...for example the moment Drakken called her "Dumpling" and was daydreaming of her in the "Kimmination nation" episode and he calling him and her as an Evil Family in which can be synonomous to a battle mates like Warhok and Warmonga said in the final episode...however, both Drakken and Shego really know how to disimulate their feelings towards each other

let's not forget the Emotion Sickness episode when the chip enhanced her love emotion she had deeper in her heart and thought which turn out to be Drakken and not any other man in the picture...is like she only had her true feelings to the Doctor but like she can hide her crying feelings when herself...she can hide her feelings to Dr D. and can be the reason why she stayed working with him for all the series with just a break between So The Drama and Mad Dogs and Aliens in which Shego decided to head on solo without Drakken and see how she can handle life with no annoyance and be free...but in final she sees herself with Drakken after he replaced her for a stronger sidekick Warmonga and she hated being the third wheel when she had been relegated from #1 sidekick for Drakken for Motor Ed,Frugal Lucre,DNAmy and even in A sitch in Time when Drakken teamed up with Monkey Fist and Duff Killigan she felted left out and marginalize which Shego hates since she loves the center of attention and from the person she mostly adores and possibly her only friend who understands her...Dr Drakken

Apart from being a couple after the Graduation episode...both Drakken and Shego were in fact really close friends...so close that their relationship turned out to be an upgrade because of both always together

For all said D/S will always live on together as a romantic couple and as well as Best Friends Together since Shego is Drakken's only friend and vice-versa (although Frugal Lucre is Drakken's friend...Drakken classifies him as an annoying guy and not a true friend and all the muscular guys Shego hanged out with in the spas and beaches were in fact just friends and not more than that)
