Description This free glyph background, like many btiled background, can be a bit deceptive. Like many tiled backgrounds a quick clance at the individual tile creates a "feel" that is actually quite different than when it is fully tiled.

Here, looking ta the glyph backgound tile, one first notice the "empty box" in the middle with its angled corners.

The truth is as soon as you tile this glyph background those "angled corners" turn into little diamons, and the "open space" is traded in for "bars" that extend through the diamonds.

This pic file is a PNG, will full alpha tansparanercy, that means you can put it over tup f anything, even a picture, and the edge will blend properly into the graphics behind it.

If you take the background til and rotate 90 degree it will produce a roted version.. flipping or mirroring the image will prodcue no change in results.

Dscript is a constructed script, it was originally a "directional script", written both vertically and horizontally with a single pen stroke design. It evolved into its current form, a "dimensional constructed script" which allows the "letter strings" of the directions script to be wrapped up, contorted, forked, and even have letters placed inside of other letters.
