To the #ubuntu-artists group, this book was written using Ubuntu and OpenOffice/LibreOffice (various versions) over 4 years. The images were sourced from several artists, but they were finished and arranged for Lulu's requirements using the GIMP, and the background 'pylon' image was done using pencil and paper, XSane and the GIMP. The publisher logo is Vulpine Designs Unlimited, my company which uses FLOSS wherever possible.
