Listen up because I'm only explaining once. I took a video of me facing one direction then jumping then turning and doing it again in another direction till i did a full circle. then i played it on my computer and stopped it each time i got to the top of a jump. i screen shotted it every time i did then put it into Photoshop in different layers. then made the layers appear and disappear in image ready so it looked like i was spinning.

I commend you for such a brilliant idea, but I'm sorry, I don't get the people who asked "How did you do that?!". I don't mean to sound know-it-all, but I thought it was pretty obvious how you did it.
Then again I don't think people usually connect what they learn on Discovery Channel to the functions of Photoshop... XD
