Sat across from me, the train rumbles in time with my heart, flame shaded hair, smothered in freckles, what I'd give to join our dots, the morning sky I saw in those eyes, put me on edge teetering, the lips of of my innocence, words that I couldn't let pass by mine, as I walk the adrenaline, increases, to late now, gone separate ways, and now I walk with a slouch, the train still in time with my heart annoyed as I write this.
