Navolante the Sea Captain Pokémon

-Weight: 116lbs (52.61kg)
-Information: There is a famous story involving a Navolante serving on a naval crew, a harsh storm rocked the boat from side to side and made the boat into the tides’ plaything. The Navolante used its gel to form a bouyant bottom for the boat when it was torn off by the storm, the crew floated safely to the top of the boat with quickly thrown gel rings wrapped around their torso. Because of this many of the royal jewels of a Paldean emperor were able to be delivered to his Coronation.

This quaxly line is based on naval officers and ranks from the navy, new sailors called blue vests evolving into a naval captain. The weapon in question are the waxy rings that Navolante throws like a pair of discus, they grow back. Navolante is also able to fly easily.
