Click on Download to get the code.There are two code versions; one badge appears on the top right and the other on the top left. Use it the way you want it to appear in your journal
HTML code goes into your journal text area while CSS code goes into your CSS box in your journal.
NOTE: CSS is only for subscribers and this code can only be used by them.
Subscribers who haven't enabled the CSS for your journals can do so by clicking the "CSS Beta" link at the bottom of your "journal update" page.

I have a question.. When I go to preview my journal, with the badge code in there.. I don't see it.

did u insert the html part of the code into ur journal box (where u usually type ur thoughts) and the css code into ur css box? 'coz some people seem to be messing that up

hmm... 
i tried pasting it in my header, but only saw code when previewing. this is how i pasted it in the header section:

except for that last line which says
then the code under the "HTML" subheading (that last line that i told u to exclude just now) goes into the journal box where u usually write ur journal.
now when putting the code for the banner, make sure u copy the code straight from the "download" link... 'coz the code in these comments have gone haywire

i'm assuming by "CSS box" you mean the header section. i pasted all the code except the HTML portion in the header and then the html code into the body of my journal and it's still not right.

oh u mean, u havent discovered the CSS box yet? LOL
ok all u need to do is go down to the bottom of the page in your "journal update" and u'll find a small link saying "CSS Beta"... click that and a popup will ask u wether u want it enabled.... just press OK and the CSS box appears
