The Beast.

The final foe? I think? I haven't made up my mind on a lot of stuff about him, like whether he dies.

An incredibly adaptable creature that can easily gain and shed mass, and survive any injury so long as more than a few of his cells remain. He comes from a harsh climate where virtually no life can survive. Someone makes the mistake of taking him out into the rest of the world, where he becomes a singular, horrifying invasive species. He begins to consume every living creature in his path, rappidly growing large enough to overpower humans. Eventually he gained sentience, but was still driven by instinct, irrationally believing he needed more mass to survive some catastrophic storm. He doesn't even realize how large he's become.

I haven't decided what colors he is-
He has a lot of tendrils and spare teeth sticking out of his skin, since his shape changing ability is powerful, but not very refined.

in case you're wondering, no his species isn't actually capable of reproduction through cloning. It's just him outcompeting the rest of the world. He also doesn't go for consuming forests since he basically can't digest plant matter. He eats animals, and repurposes their bones and flesh into being his own.
