Yes, Itachi is using the classic Bunshin no jutsu to pick up chicks.

Although it didn't work for Kakashi, Kakashi is cute enough without the dog(dog makes him look worse...). I wonder why Naruto thinks Kakshi is old *oblivious to the white/grey hair*. Even with the hair, he still looks young...
Then there's Itachi......he has these wrinkles/marks on his face. x__x;;
