I guess you can consider this part of an ongoing series, along with Jersey Girl . So, here's one to add to the "Night-Time" series! There's a lot of glowy-bits in this one. I may have overdone it, but eh, I don't care that much, still practicing!I love Clip Studio Paint and their gradient filters, it adds just the right amount of mood lighting.
