Description

It's everyone's favorite raccoon dog, Chopper!!! (You have to use three exclamation points when talking about him, it's a rule) This was the start of a big project that I never technically finished, but since this is actually a finished piece, I'm just going to leave it at that. Of all the Straw Hats, Chopper is one of my favorites, second to Luffy himself. He is very very cute, but he's also serious and takes important situations into his own hooves when he feels he needs to. I'm not quite a fan how he's gone from actually pretty damn strong and a fearsome threat of the Strawhats to essentially a mascot over time, but that's just how these things go I guess.
