Description

Definitely gave up making backgrounds at this point, and I can't help but also feel bad for my poor retriever here. This character and the next one I'm posting tomorrow definitely deserved a lot more justice, and I was rushing through this project like an idiot (you would've thought I learned from my Pokemon art a year prior to making this). This is also where I feel the style I was kinda riding off of started to not work as well for me, despite my initial success with it.

But this is Decaf! I feel like I gave him a decent enough description when I first posted him here, but he is kinda just a kid who's gotten everything handed to him thanks to his father's position as former mayor and current President. He's an absolute idiot, but he has a heart of gold and cares about his friends a lot. I also feel his backstory is maybe one of the most sad, but that's something that gets touched on later in the story.
