One of my admittedly very rare Gurren Lagann fanart pieces. As a matter of fact, despite the show being my favorite anime, I don't think I've drawn anything for it since this (technically). However, I've always stated that I want my art to be better before I try to draw anything for it again, so you could expect something for the show from me this year, since I'm currently working on learning backgrounds.

But, this is just simple art of Simon from 2021. I don't know what I was thinking with the mouth, I guess I just interpreted something wrong from the original artwork of him. But at least pretty much everything else looks good here. I can't help but think this deserved better colors, but this was a solid year before I discovered my current coloring style. But hey, as they say, we are always evolving, moving one step forward every single day. I hope I can always keep getting better, to constantly aim for greater and greater heights.
