Description
Since I couldn't find a vector of Hoity Toity I took it upon myself to make a base. I can't really call it a vector since it was done in MS Paint but it works for my purpose. Done using a screen shot. The lenses in his glasses are the only thing I left untouched. Anyone with better art resources than me feel free to properly vector it if you want.
UPDATE: Thickened the frames.
