See above comment for my opinion. The fact that it got an unprecedented launch reception worldwide while the more original games fall to the wayside make me feel isolated in terms of tastes.

It's not so much Halo itself as its crazy "ZOMFG I SHOT UZ LOLOLOL" fan following. The game is actually alright, but meh.
