Not really experimenting anymore, I think I've got the hang of it...the only real change was behind the scenes: I ruined a shirt by bobbling the gold marker into it, so now I put that shirt on and drape cloth over my legs when using the paint marker. I stripped the old marker off Wheeljack and redid it with the Pilot marker. Megatron was tricky because it took a while to be sure I'd removed all the factory silver paint.
