Actually, no I seldom ever postprocess. This is the image the way it came out. I did nothing special except play with the gradient. I am happy you like it!

No, I did not make a negative image. This is the actual flame and the standard gradient. I almost didn't upload this piece because I could not get the right gradient, then I hit upon the one I chose and I said to myself...THIS IS THE ONE! Thank you! I am glad you like it!

There are only a few fractal artists that use this effect. I do not use it often because I get varying results. Glad you like it!

You know, I was looking at the 100% Approved articles spinegrinder does for the prints, and there are hardly any fractals listed in them. I wonder if that is having an effect. As a matter of fact, I have checked several of the articles to find just 1 fractal listed. We cannot sell our prints if we are never featured....people won't know we are there.

exactly!It's usually just paintings,drawings and photography that are featured..No fractals, and I don't see much 3D there either..

I would complain, but don't know who to complain to. I think our work should be shown just like everyone else. We have some awesome fractals to show. My photography has never been shown either. Been featured a lot, but never shown in an "official" article! At least when I do my features, I put a variety of everyone's work in them not a select few to feature each week....URGH!!!!!!

I have looked at those features since I got my prints account a year ago, and I bet if we went through all of them we would hardly see any fractals at all. I have thought about going back through them all and counting how many and who....what do you think?
