Flo has been an Oc of mine for while (More like years), she was made as a guardian angel to Gwen. Her design was from Full Moon o Sagashite, the character Meroko Yui, both her plush and death form was made me created Flo. Basically going to do the idea of a similar plot from the anime into a story I have for Gwen and Flo. But just cut that idea, kept going, and got inspired by a cute webcomic called Emmy the Robot (Recommended it) from Webtoon.
