It's good when you can channel your negative feelings into your art, it usually brings good out of bad. I hope you're doing okay.
I still try to channel my negative emotions into my art (music), but I haven't quite found a way to do it yet. But I will.

You're absolutely right, once I finished this picture it felt like a huge weight just lifted off me.
It's a sense of closure, I suppose.
You definitely will, it wasn't until late last year that I finally found an outlet in my art.
