Another paper I've found after loosing it around 2011, it isn't my best, but I hoped you liked it.

Plot: It's not just Dr. Light's two animal robots, Beat and Rush, but also one of Dr. Wily's robots, Treble, the wolf-like canine robot, who was badly-damaged by Protoman, who was protecting Megaman from Bass. Bass asked Dr. Wily to fix Treble, but Dr. Wily disagrees at first, but then he agreed and rebuild Treble, and Treble was reborn as a humanoid robot master who is now a brother, not a pet, to Bass.
