Description
On top of an unkown building in an unkown country, is a group of highly trained killers about to do what never happened. O yeah and did i mention they dont exist? This deviation will self destruct in 5.......This was painted in PS6, it took me about 3 hours from first sketch to posting here.

I think the top handrail in the background should be fuzzier on the edges like the edges on everything else in the pic.
