This was something I had planned a long time ago. You can tell because I brought Diane up again. It's been a while since i did that.

And this is why Jacob broke up with Penny.
What was meant to be just a simple Valentine turned into way more than he bargained for. He gave it a shot, but it was just too much for him. It becomes obvious in hindsight when you read some of the older comics.

The fact is that they are both just kids. Kids who don't know what it feels like to be in love.

They thought they loved each other, so they tried it, but Jacob realized the pressure that he was feeling was wrong. And now they both understand better.

As Penny was the one who exacerbated the whole thing, she will apologize to Jacob.

Look forward to the next comic. I think it'll be a good one.

For the sake of transparency, I want to say that, during the sketching, I traced some of my older comics for this one.

Diane is obviously from her story, and to make sure this look like it took place immediately after the last comic, I traced the final panel to make sure Penny and Judge were in the same spots, though only Judge was traced.

Even with this, this still took me over 5 hours to draw. This was a big project for me.
