I definitely had fun designing this one.

Name: "Lord British" Richter
Weaponry: Arm Busters, Ripple Lasers (mounted in forearms), Disrupter Cannon (mounted on Forehead), Twin Missiles (optional)

Bio: Along a similar vein of replicating X, other scientists sought to replicate Zero who also surpassed normal Reploid standards; hence, Richter was born. In contrast, however, Richter is much more suited for range than melee. He specializes in wide-area assault, making him an efficient Mook-Clearer.

Richter was stationed with a 4th Unit Overland Forces squad, sortieing in a campaign countering the Bacterian's incoming Salamander Elite. He made acquaintance with Vic, previously stationed in a 7th Unit Air Calvary battalion when their units were collaborating in one mission. Their preemptive strike ended in failure, leaving Richter and Vic the remaining survivors. After requesting to be fit with a MAX drive, they continued to combat the Salamander Army alone. They succeed in decimating the forces, resulting in a fire-forged friendship between Richter and Vic. When Richter was offered the chance to help create their own mercenary division, he was all for it, joining Vic as its backbone offensive force.
During a sortie, Vic mockingly called Richter "Lord British" as a not-so-affectionate nickname due to his initial stuffy attitude. Despite Richter loosening up, Vic never really stopped, and the name stuck. As soon as Mavericks heard it, they also feared him under the name "Lord British."

He's cocky, but also holds people's best interests at heart.

And because Sam requested it, I drew his mug sans helmet.
FUN FACTS: * I based part of his design after another named Reploid. Can ye guess whoooooo?
* Really, those eyebrows are NOT optional.
* His name has two inspirations: one is one the Belmonts from another Konami series, and the other is the real name of the Red Baron, Manfred von Richtofen
