Description
So being a cartoon panda, Delta has some zany powers of their own. Not as zany as the Warners’ powers, but still zany. Most of their powers are psychic related and inspired by Mr. Mime from Pokémon. So I drew them as a gym leader. I imagine them putting up a tough fight, setting up Trick Room a lot.THEIR ABILITIES
•Making small barriers
•eating a ton of bamboo in one sitting really fast (this is just because they’re a panda toon.)
•levitation of themselves, others, and objects
•telepathy
