A side character from 'Heart of The Desert', Tauvale is the owner and Master of Ceremonies of the Velvet Rogue nightclub in Gerudo Town. Shortly after the town opened, she created the club as a getaway for the citizens of the town to unwind from the ordeals they went through. Besides shows, her club also plays music nightly, and serves drinks and food.

She knows Madame Scarlet's true identity as Nemisa, and even gave her a private changing room, as well as set up a secret path so Nemisa could get into the club discreetly.
