Rowen is my first and favorite DnD character, he's great and I love him!
This was my first project needle felting and it took a lot longer than I thought it would but I've since gotten better and quicker at it. He's pretty messy and honestly can do with a few more passes to smooth him out but I'm still happy with him. I found that I can use felt to sew together a base, stuff it, and then all the details can be stabbed 50 million times on. I got my finger a few times... yeah thick barbed needle through the finger because you're watching tv while doing this, turns out, not so great. On the plus side, he's super fun to toss around- like incredibly fun! I think I did pretty good making the pattern and he's the perfect palm size to just toss into the air and catch.
