Well... that is "Jumper".I "created" (if you can call it that) him some years ago... there is no real background why or why not. It just happend.
With Inkscape I finally was able to ban him into the digital world. *evil laughter*
Oh and don't be confused about the (c) thingy on him. That was my old account. May remove it later on.
