This is a wonderful design. I like how you included both genders in it. :) I think you made it so that the male is comforting the female, who has breast cancer, but males can get breast cancer too - he can be comforting her in the sense "I'm going to be okay!" kind of way. Either way someone looks at it, it is very sweet.
