This project is no longer actively developed.Okay so here are 147 icons, inspired from the stock app launcher in Android 4 ICS.

APEX THEME
I added Apex Launcher theme support, so if you want the icons in your app drawer all you have to do is download, install the apk below and change the theme in Apex launcher to "Apex METRO Icons".
Keep in mind that not all the icons in the pack have been added. It's a tedious job and I lack the time to update all the icons at once.

1. There is a script that replaces system icons, by Brainmaster. It works with his CM9 black rom, haven't tested with any others. Search XDA forums for more information
2. To replace all the non-system icons you have to edit every apk, replace icons, resign and reinstall.

Just a heads-up bro, the camera icon (second row, second item on your picture) is missing from the .zip file.
Also, I'd like to request a Proxydroid (the little cloud), Twicca (the origami bird) and Instagram (instagram camera) icons, if it's not too much of a hassle.

I'd love to see a dictionary icon (or just a plain あ, ICS-styled) for Aedict and one for Kanji Recognizer.

Hi, I absolutely love these, using them right now as dock icons with Nova Launcher on my GNexus. I would love to see Gallery, Downloads and Whatsapp icons in there as well, if you can fin the time of course.
