My first attempt at WA3 skinning. This one is intended primarily as an unobtrusive "toolbar-esque" configuration. Future updates will involve skinning the other various windows (like the ML) which are currently default-only, along with neatening up the scripting etc. which I'm sure would have been better if I had more experience. Either way, the look I was going for was "simple elegance" and this was what I ended up with. Slimline is optimized for an 800x600 desktop, but is still useable at any size.Related content

Good idea, and I especially like it for attempting what the "Classic" Winamp was really good at: Scaling down into a bar the same size as a window's title bar so you could work and listen/change your music at the same time. However, there are problems with accessing the newer features, and there is no way to scale the video window down really, really small. I haven't tried skinning Winamp 3 yet, so I don't know if you can do that, but you should consider it. Or... Maybe teachers wouldn't like that so much... Hmm...

Forgot to mention, I can't mess with the options in the Preferences dialogue either, unless I switch skins.

I really like it! I love the way it's so small & unobtrusive. One bug? I noticed tho. I can't seem to close the Preferences dialogue except for in the drop down menus. (Options button > Components > Configurification)
For those who don't like the color, you can adjust it in the options:
Options button > Components > Color Controls
Mine is a medium grey, to match my Windows colors.

I have a request.. Can u make it like a blue-ish silver(grey) color scheme and maybe make BOTH a vertical bar? That would be the best!

I absolutely love this conceot and even more so at how you pulled it off. Once you perfect it here's an idea that's going to get me abused :-p, mayb make it look like an XP taskbar or for you hters out there, a classic Windows taskbar. It would blend in so nicely then I think but as it is now, it rules.
