She wanted Naruto to be the focal point. So I made him the center and removed his under-armor
To enjoy drawing a picture as much as I did with this one should be illegal. I'm really in love with this, it helps that the couple is 99.9% canon.

I love the expression on both of them, especially how Naruto looks. I have trouble pin pointing what I truly like about your drawing, the entire image is just eye-catching and it's very hard to stop looking at it because I don't want to miss any detail!

So do you scan it into your computer straight from the paper? Whenever I do that, the lines turn out scraggly.

I try to make the lines as final/clear as possible.
Either by big contrasts, simple but strong shading or
simple lines.
For the rest, I guess the scanner + Photoshop
level adjustment are good.

The lines are distinct and the white is clean.
The rest depends on how much you practice
Use references from other artists,
