Apparently even genius ninjas have to take a bath every now and then. This one is set in a crappy inn. Missions never end
PS: I forgot to add, he uses special Hyuuga conditioner (C) Neji > (motto: Always luscious hair, you might suck as a Ninja but your hair is brilliant).

hey I was serious lol. do you have any brushes that you made you're self to give thos smooth colors or did you just smudge

I don't use custom brushes, and no smudging (smudging is bad in most cases).
In Paint Tool SAI there is the pen tool, which
I use to create solid colors and wand/bucket tools to fill in places. since it's
cell shading.
Usually I go for normal brush that the software offers and the pen tool, I love them.
But the trick is in the end, after I finish shading everything and imagine the light
source, I add a new layer or two. those layers are completely filled with solid color (one color per layer)
and have a low opacity. (about 30%) according to my light source, I delete some parts of
those layers, like rays of light or dark areas.
It's easier to see than read, I learned from this speedpaint, [link] ,
it should help.
